village museum housed in a Victorian school building, displaying local
history with a collection of work by the Ditchling community of artists
and craftsmen including Eric Gill (stone carver), Edward Johnston
(calligrapher), Ethel Mairet (weaver), Sir Frank Brangwyn (artist).
The museum also organises special exhibitions, lectures,
workshops and guided walks. |
