Fully restored and working mid-eighteenth century black post windmill, with nineteenth century granary and other outbuildings housing display artefacts in relation to milling and agriculture.
A restored and working 19th century wind pump.
An archive is being developed and an exhibition mounted.
   
Parking Restricted amount of parking in Furze Road and surrounding roads.

Public transport Stagecoach bus No 6 from Worthing town centre to Hayling Rise, High Salvington. Unfortunately DOES NOT OPERATE ON SUNDAYS.
Facilities Free guided tours of the mill and site, refreshments available, souvenir shop, toilets, field picnic area.
Accessibility Wheelchair access is limited to the site field only. "Disabled" toilet available. The mill has stairs of varying steepness and sizes
Special events National Mills Day in May - Worthing Amateur Radio Club set up a special radio station with call sign GBO HSM to contact other mill stations.
Annual Fete - normally the 2nd Sunday in July, 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
Classic Car Day-1st Sunday in August, 2.30pm to 5.00pm.
Country Crafts Fair - 1st Sunday in September, 2.30pm to 5.00pm.
